Terms of use

Jotpod provides chat pods linked to GitHub repositories and issues, and short-lived quick pods. Jotpod is not affiliated with or endorsed by GitHub, Inc.

• You can sign in with GitHub or with an email and password. Keep your credentials secure.
• You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be old enough to use GitHub and to agree to these terms where you live.

• Only install the Jotpod GitHub App on accounts and repositories you're authorized to manage.
• Access to repository pods follows the repository's collaborators on GitHub. Managing who has access on GitHub is your responsibility.
• Your use of GitHub remains subject to GitHub's own terms.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Jotpod permission to store and display it to the people who can access the pod, only as needed to run the service.

Don't use Jotpod to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights;
• harass, threaten or spam people;
• share malware or try to break, overload or bypass Jotpod's security or access controls;
• access pods or repositories you aren't authorized to.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Quick rooms and their messages are deleted automatically when they expire, and deleted content can't be recovered. Don't rely on Jotpod as your only copy of anything important. See the privacy policy for how long data is kept.

Jotpod is provided "as is", without warranties. We work to keep it available and secure but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for lost data.

You can stop using Jotpod and delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use Jotpod means you accept the updated terms. Questions: singh20x7@gmail.com.
